About Fit with Rose
Fit with Rose is a YouTube and Instagram channel of gentle home workouts for women over 60, with a chair, a resistance band and a mat. This website gathers the moves in a printable form and offers a free PDF guide.

Rose is an AI-generated character
Rose presents the exercises in our videos and pictures. Her images, her videos and her voice are created with AI tools. She is not a real person, and she is not a doctor, a physical therapist or a certified fitness instructor.
We say so everywhere: our YouTube videos are marked as altered or synthetic content, and our Instagram posts say that Rose is an AI character.
Who makes Fit with Rose
Fit with Rose and this website are published by Badr Zinoun, an individual based in Morocco. The texts, pictures and videos are produced with the help of AI tools. They have not been reviewed by a doctor or a physical therapist.
How we choose the moves
- We use common, gentle moves done with a chair, a band or a mat, such as the sit-to-stand or supported heel raises.
- Before a move is published, we check its two pictures against its written steps.
- Two rules apply to every move: a hand on the chair whenever a move tests your balance, and no bending of the back while lifting a load.
- Moves are done slowly, about two seconds up and two seconds down.
These are our own editorial rules, not a medical review.
How we handle health information
When we mention health guidelines, such as how much activity is recommended after 65, we quote public health bodies (the NHS in the UK, the CDC in the US) and link to the page. We make no promises about results: no before-and-after photos, no weight-loss claims.
This site shares general fitness information, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
